In Houston we are right in the middle of Hurricane alley from June to November.  If a hurricane is imminent , here are some things you will need if a hurricane is on the way:
  • Bottled Water
  • Batteries and Flashlights
  • Portable Radio
  • Canned Goods
  • Plywood
  • Matches
  • Ice Chests
  • Long Island Iced Tea
  • Potato Chips
  • Propane
  • Portable gas oven
  • Fill car with gas
  • Know your evacuation route
  • Fill your prescriptions

Tips for a Smooth Closing

  • Bring a valid driver's license and other ID.
  • KNOW THE AMOUNT OF CERTIFIED FUNDS TO BRING.
  • Leave the kids and the dog with Grandma.
  • Read all documents PRIOR to closing.
  • Arrive early.
